Jesus Loves Skincare & Day 4

Why do you think, that on sanfrancisco.com, when I searched for "skincare" one of the entries was Jews for Jesus? They are listed under Church & Religious Organizations AND Facial Skin Care. Interesting. I wonder what kinda services they offer? Do you think its like a Mikvah Massage? Or a Wailing Wall Wash? I don't get it. So, does anyone know where I can get a good facial?

Day Four
Oy. All I can say is, my body feels like shit. I have a dull, throbbing lower back pain, am moderately achey in my joints and still have a blocked up right side of my face. Despite all of that, I got up at 4:44am to get a run in before I had to get ready for work. I know! Why the hell did I get up at 4:44am! I wasn't meeting my running partner til 5:50am! Well, first, after going to bed at 9pm, I woke up totally awake and refreshed at 1:30am! When I looked at my clock I was all, PSYCHE! FOUR MORE HOURS! WHOOHOO! Went back to sleep and woke up at 3:30am and did the same thing, went back to sleep and woke up at 4:44am and was like, shit. I'll just get up.

So as I am driving to work I realize that the back pain is right where my kidneys might be and then I totally panicked that I was fucking my kidneys up. Are they ok? Are they gonna fall out? Am I damaging them? When I got in, I immediately posted to curezone.com and someone posted that it MIGHT be kidney related and to take a watermelon, take out all the seeds, crush them up and them steep them in hot water and drink the tea. Sounds delicious. This woman, who is the expert on the site*, said this happened to her on her last 60 day cleanse and she passed a calcification! Yikes! Sounds painful!

*No need to warm me about armchair physicians. Totally aware.
